The widow of a Lexington Police Officer settled a civil lawsuit out of court.

Brandy Durman sued Glenn Doneghy after he was convicted of second-degree manslaughter last June.

Doneghy was driving the SUV that hit and killed Officer Bryan Durman in April of 2010.

Durman's attorney says both sides have reached a confidential settlement.
