Lexington Police: Man Shot At Woman After Argument

Lexington Police arrested a man after they said he fired shots near the University of Kentucky campus.

Police said they were called to Two Keys Apartments on South Limestone Street around 8:30 a.m. Thursday.

Investigators said a man and woman were arguing inside an apartment on the third floor.

Police said the woman left the apartment during the dispute, and that the man opened the window and shot at the woman as she was leaving.

No one was injured.

Police arrested Jesse Boone, Junior and charged him with Wanton Endangerment.
