Police are searching for two suspects in a late night assault that sent a woman to the hospital.

Police say the woman was walking down Jennifer Road in Lexington around 11:30 when she says two men grabbed her and pulled her into some bushes.

Police say the victim told them the two men assaulted her.

She was able to get away and call police.

Police have a vague description of the suspects.

The only bushes on Jennifer Road are around the comcrete outflow structure for the creek. She and the attackers would have fallen seven feet and gotten soaked.
