Lexington Police responded to a pair of shots fired calls overnight Saturday into Sunday morning.

Police said the first happened at El Paraiso Latino Night Club on East New Circle Road. No one was hurt but police said the violence may have carried over from a previous scuffle between one man that was at the club when the shots were fired, and the alleged shooter.

Police are still investigating.

About an hour after those shots were fired, police responded to another call for the same, this time at the art bar on Euclid Avenue.

Police said the driver of a silver SUV pulled up and fired several shots into a crowd of people. No one was hurt.

Police do have a suspect name. They said Kirby Caldwell fired the shots and are looking for the SUV with plate numbers 807PMP. Police said the SUV fled the scene, nearly hitting an officer.
