Lexington Police say 'buyer beware' after a woman and her family were robbed  Wednesday.

Officers were called to West Sixth and Broadway around 12:45 pm.

Police say the woman had driven in from out of town to buy a car through Craigslist.

She told investigators a woman in a parking lot directed her across the street.

And when she went to look for the car, she says two men implied they had a gun and took her money.

Police say no one was hurt in the robbery.

And so far, no arrests.
