Lexington Police Investigate A Home Invasion

A man told Lexington Police he was the victim of a home invasion in broad daylight.

Police said the reported victim told them a man broke into his home through the front door around noon on Tuesday on West Seventh Street.

The man told police the suspect hit him over the head, took his wallet, ran out and got into a getaway car that was driven by a woman. 

No arrests have been made.
