Lexington Police: Couple Robbed At Gunpoint Sunday Afternoon

Lexington Police said a couple, sitting in a vehicle next to the Waller Avenue railroad tracks Sunday around 5:30 p.m., was approached by a man with a gun who demanded money.

Investigators said after getting money from the couple, the armed robber drove off in a silver sport utility vehicle.

Police said no one was hurt.

Police were still looking for the suspect and vehicle.
