Lexington Police said one of their officers collided with a vehicle Wednesday while responding to an injury-accident.
According to police, the officer was on Pimlico Parkway with his lights and sirens on and was about to go through a red light.
Investigators said the collision happened when a Toyota Corolla went to turn left in front of the officer.
The driver of the Corolla said they didn't see the officer coming.
Charges were not filed.
No one was hurt.
