23-year-old Christian Warta of Lexington pleaded 'not guilty' Tuesday to rape and sodomy charges.

According to court documents, Warta was pretending to be a minor when he met a minor on a social networking website.

The documents show that Warta met the girl in person in March of 2012.

Police accuse Warta of raping the girl.

This isn't Warta's first time in court facing similar charges.

He pleaded not guilty to sexually assaulting a college student in October of 2012.

In that case, police said Warta assaulted the girl after she passed out from drinking two beers.
