Lexington Man Indicted In Deadly Crash

A grand jury decided a Lexington man should be tried for his alleged role in a deadly crash.

Patrick O’Brien was indicted on Reckless Homicide and DUI charges in connection to the October 2011 accident.

Police say 43-year old Brian Seyer was crossing High Street in a crosswalk when he was hit by then 18-year old Patrick O’Brien.
