A Lexington man is charged with possession of child pornography.
Investigators from the Attorney General’s Cybercrimes Unit, with assistance from Lexington Police, arrested Eliazar Rincon, 41, on Wednesday.
Police executed a search warrant at his Lexington home. Rincon is charged with four counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, a Class D felony.
