Kirby Ruano, 20, was arrested in Los Angeles.  Investigators said Ruano is accused of killing Saul Perez Ruiz, 33, who died of multiple gunshot wounds in July at Dinsmore Apartments.

Police said they charged two other people in that case, Juan Chavarria, 21, and Joseph Edward Sales, 22, with murder and robbery.

In a separate case, Travis Marlow, 19, was arrested in Indianapolis, Indiana.  Investigators said Marlow is accused of starting a fire following Kentucky's national championship win in basketball.

Police said Marlow was identified through video taken at the scene and posted on the Internet.

Photos of both Ruano and Marlow were included in Lexington's Most Wanted, which is a joint service offered by the Lexington Herald-Leader and the Sheriff's Office.
