Lexington Father Pleads Not Guilty To Criminal Abuse

A Lexington man plead not guilty to charges that he severely injuring his four-month daughter.

Brandon Dow, 23, was in court Thursday afternoon. Dow's accused of injuring the baby on July 5th, according to court documents. Police said he caused hemorrhaging in her eyes, bleeding on her brain, and broke one of her ribs.

The baby was taken to UK Hospital.
