Police said a three-car collision Thursday morning in Lexington sent one person to the hospital.

It happened on Nicholasville Road at the Lowry Lane intersection.

Police said a car t-boned another car, then both cars slid into a pickup.

Investigators said there are conflicting reports about which car had the green light.

Police said a driver in her late seventies was taken to the hospital after her head hit the windshield.
