West Sixth Brewing wants you to join them in celebrating their first year in business this Friday, April 5th.

They're hosting a party at their taproom at 501 West Sixth Street in Lexington.

They'll have a new beer, the Saison Bellaire, cupcakes, and a special limited-edition pint glass for everyone who joins the festivities.

Saturday, as a part of the brewery's "Sixth for a Cause", 6% of all sales will be donated to God's Pantry Food Bank.

When West Sixth opened, they served four beers out of the tap room on the corner of their tap room on the corner of 6th and Jefferson.

Now, they serve 9 beers in the tap room and distribute two beers throughout Central Kentucky, Northern Kentucky, and Cincinnati.

West Sixth is the only brewery in Kentucky to can its beers.
