Lex Flu Crew Returns This Friday

The Lexington-Fayette County Health Department will be hosting their annual Free Flu Friday clinic this Friday, October 11.

They will be giving away up to 2,000 free flu shots to local residents from 9 am-5 pm at the Imani Family Life Center at 1555 Georgetown Road.

The seasonal flu shot will also provide protection again the H1N1 flu, and is recommended for everyone ages six months and older.

To shorten your wait time this Friday, you can print and fill out registration forms online at www.LexFluCrew.com.

The Health Department will also be collecting non-perishable food items for God's Pantry Food Bank at the Free Flu Friday event.
