The Laurel County Sheriff said a man was stabbed several times with a knife during a fight Wednesday night.
Investigators said Russell Hibbard, 27, of Lily, stabbed Jason Hallock, 22, of Lily during a fight on Park Street, seven miles south of London.
The stabbing victim was airlifted to U.K. Hospital.
Hibbard is charged with assault.
Investigators haven't said why the two men got into a fight.
The case remains under investigation.
