Largest Chinese New Year Celebration In Kentucky

     Many of us already rang in the new year back on January 1st but hundreds of people packed the Singletary Center for the Arts on the University of Kentucky's Campus Saturday to celebrate the Chinese New Year!

     It's the largest chinese cultural celebration in Kentucky.  More than a thousand people attend every year.  The event is hosted by the Kentucky Chinese American Association.  Itfeatures food, dancing and music to celebrate the Chinese New Year!  2012 is the year of the dragon, which is a symbol for good fortune.  Many people who attended are thankful for this celebration here in the Bluegrass.
