Lane Closures Scheduled For KY 620 In Scott County

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, announces that temporary lane closures are scheduled for KY 620 (Delaplain Road). 

The closures are necessary for milling and paving work to be completed.

Work schedule:

 

  • Saturday, July 13 – 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. – milling work begins
  • Sunday, July 14 – 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. – milling work continues
  • Monday, July 15 – 6:00 a.m. to 800 p.m. – paving operations begin and may continue daily through Saturday, July 20

One lane in each direction will remain open at all times during the hours of work.

The location for the resurfacing project on KY 620 (Delaplain Road) will be between MP 0.0 and MP 1.78.

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet asks motorists to be aware of the work zone and to utilize safe driving habits when traveling through the area.

All work is scheduled on a tentative basis and is subject to change depending on weather conditions, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
