Lane Closures On I-75 In Fayette County Scheduled To Begin Thursday

Beginning at 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2014, the southbound outside shoulder, right lane and center lane along I-75 in Fayette County will close between mile points 106-and-98 for approximately two weeks.
Some lanes are scheduled to be closed along a section of Interstate 75 in Fayette County for construction to begin the month of May.

Beginning at 4:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2014, the southbound outside shoulder, right (slow) lane and center lane are scheduled to be closed between mile points 106-and-98 for approximately two weeks, according to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. 

For a reference point, mile point 98 is the Clay's Ferry Bridge at the Madison County line.

Motorists will drive on the southbound inside shoulder and left (fast) lane after the traffic switch is completed.
