As a proud Madison Central band parent I think it is worth noting that 5-A is an extremely competitive class and both Tates Creek and Henry Clay High Schools also deserve recognition for their eighth and ninth place finishes (respectively) in yesterday's state semi-finals. It takes a tremendous amount of work and dedication to make it to that level in KMEA competition.
