Kentucky's Best Amateur Boxers Come To Lexington

The commonwealth's best amateur boxers compete for chance to go to regional tournament for Junior Olympics
      Some of the best amateur boxers in the state were in Lexington on Saturday lacing them up to see who's the best in the commonwealth.
     Hundreds showed up for the tournament at Four Seasons Mix Martial Arts off Floyd Dr.
     The annual event features boxers of all ages, up to 18-years-old.
     Winners of the 13 and 14 year old open division and winners of the 15 and 16 year old division will move on to Dayton, Ohio for the regional tournament Memorial Day weekend.
     The event was organized by the Lexington Police Athletic League who trains a handful of the boxers competing today.
     The regional winners will move on the National Championship held in Mobile, Alabama the week of June 18th.
