Kentucky Officers Honored for D.U.I. Arrests

  The Kentucky office of highway safety honored several police officers who have made d-u-i arrests in the past year. they also presented trooper Jeremy Moore for making 62 impaired driving arrests at the "governor's impaired driving enforcement awards" this past weekend in Lexington. they honored 201 officers from 185 agencies across the state for their efforts to target drivers driving under the influence. in Kentucky, about 5,800 impaired crashes resulted in 154 deaths and more than 3,000 injuries in 2010.
