Kentucky's unemployment picture continues to improve.
New numbers, out Wednesday, show the jobless rate was 8.6 percent in March. That's down from 8.7 percent in February. It was 9.7 percent a year ago.
Seven of the state's 11 job sectors reported an increase in jobs.
