Kentucky Fans Force Lexington Police to Close Some Roads

Jubilant Kentucky basketball fans poured into the streets in and around campus Sunday afternoon following the Wildcats win over Baylor in the Elite Eight.

Lexington Police were forced to close Limestone Street at the Avenue of Champions.

Police also shutdown the intersection area of Euclid and Woodland.

There were also reports of couches being burned in the street on State Street and a television set on University Street.
