Kentucky Blood Center is helping the victims of a deadly bus crash in Tennessee.

Investigators say eight people were killed Wednesday in a fiery highway crash near Knoxville.

The bus was carrying a church group headed back to Statesville, North Carolina when it reportedly blew a tire, crossed a median and crashed into a semi and an SUV.

Kentucky Blood Center says it sent blood to Knoxville after receiving a request for help.

It credits its loyal and dedicated donors for being able to help.
