The CMA Awards are one of country music’s biggest nights.

A band performing at Austin City Saloon in Lexington tonight said they hope to one day be in Nashville for those awards.

Alyson Burke and Andrea Gross are part of a band called “Aly'an."

They said watching the CMA Awards makes them realize a rags-to-riches story is possible.

To see their careers to that point, the duo said they see every performance as a chance to grow and perfect their act.
