Republican Andy Barr cast his vote at Immanuel Baptist Church on Tates Creek Road in Lexington.

He is running for the Republican nomination for the 6th District House seat.

Presumed Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney is the only GOP candidate with an active Presidential campaign.

But Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich and Ron Paul are also on the Kentucky ballot.

While the race in Northern Kentucky for an open seat in Congress is gaining most of the attention, Republican voters here in Central Kentucky also had a decision to make today.

Three candidates are seeking the GOP nomination, with the winner facing incumbent Democrat Ben Chandler this fall.

Andy Barr, Patrick Kelly and Curtis Kenimer were on the ballot.
