The brother of Attorney General Jack Conway will be arraigned next week on drunk driving charges.

Matt Conway was arrested Thursday night.

Police say he was pulled over and failed a field sobriety test and refused to take an alcohol breath test.

Conway resigned from the Commonwealth's Attorney's Office back in May.

He was the subject of drug investigations in 2008 and 2009 but was not charged.
