KY Artisan Center Receives Governor's Award In The Arts

The Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea is being recognized with the 2013 Governor’s Award in the Arts.
The Kentucky Artisan Center at Berea is being recognized with the 2013 Governor’s Award in the Arts Government Award.

It recognizes people and groups who've made extraordinary and significant contributions to the arts in Kentucky.

The center sells and promotes the work of more than 700 Kentucky artisans.

It includes craft and art, books, music and Kentucky Proud specialty foods.

The center says it has welcomed more than 2.3 million visitors to Kentucky and sold more than $13 million in Kentucky artisan products.

You'll find it at 200 Artisan Way off I-75 in Berea.
