Kentucky Utilities reported nearly 1,900 Lexington Residents were without power this morning.
They say power went out along Newtown Pike just after 9 a.m.
Kentucky Utilities says a squirrel was on one of the switchers that then knocked out the power.
Power was back up and working just before 11 a.m.
