State Police reported on Thursday that a physician in Georgetown was arrested for selling crystal meth.

They said they received a complaint back in December claiming that Dr. Robert Yost, 48, was selling the drug.

An investigation followed, and after police said they were able to make several controlled buys from Yost, they searched his home and reportedly found additional narcotics.

Yost was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled substance.

He was lodged in the Scott County Detention Center.
