Jury selection is scheduled to begin anew for the capital murder case of Bass Webb in Falmouth Wednesday.

This is the second attempt to seat a jury in the case.

The first attempt, in Harrison County, was suspended because a jury could not be seated due to pre-trial publicity.

Webb, 32, is accused of the murder of his ex-girlfriend Bryia Runiewicz in 2009.

The trial is set to run through August 17th.

Judge Delaney will be presiding.
