Jury Selection Scheduled To Begin Again For Bass Webb Case

A second try at jury selection for the capital murder case of Bass Webb is scheduled to start Wednesday.
Jury selection is scheduled to begin anew for the capital murder case of Bass Webb in Falmouth Wednesday.

This is the second attempt to seat a jury in the case.

The first attempt, in Harrison County, was suspended because a jury could not be seated due to pre-trial publicity.

Webb, 32, is accused of the murder of his ex-girlfriend Bryia Runiewicz in 2009.

The trial is set to run through August 17th.

Judge Delaney will be presiding.
