Judge Rejects Plea Deal for Man Accused of Hitting Friend with Van

A man accused of hitting a friend with his van while driving it in reverse has had his plea deal rejected by a Montgomery County judge.

Joseph Julian was charged with pinning his friend against a wall with his van back in June of 2012.

With the rejected plea deal, Julian will face a jury for trial in October.
