Judge Frees Innocent Man

A judge says new testimony has exonerated a man serving a 60-year sentence for murder.
A Louisville judge says new testimony from witnesses has exonerated a man in prison for murder.

On Monday, Judge Irv Maze dismissed a 1998 indictment against Kerry Porter, and ordered him freed from a Kentucky prison. Porter had been sentenced to 60 years in the murder of Tyrone Camp in 1996, and had served 14 years in prison.

The judge says in new police interviews with witnesses, those witnesses say Porter didn't do it.
