The trial for a man accused of raping a killing a pregnant Russell County woman in July of 2012 has been delayed.

Allman is accused of killing Sarah Hart as she was out for a morning jog. The coroner confirmed Hart was pregnant at the time of the murder.

Allman's trial was originally scheduled to begin on September 30th, but his attorney requested a delay, which a judge granted. The trial is now set for April 28, 2013.
