A jockey who was supposed to ride in the Kentucky Oaks was in a jail cell instead. The Jefferson County Sheriff's office says Robby Albarado was arrested after getting into a fight with a woman at his home. Investigators say the woman locked herself in a bathroom to get away from Albarado, but that he broke down the door and assaulted her injuring her shoulder. Albarado was not scheduled to ride a horse in the Kentucky Derby.
