After a number of strong and severe storms moved through Kentucky Saturday, Sunday is looking a lot more calm, but not completely dry for everyone.

We will start Sunday on the dry side with a mix of sun and clouds. Temperatures will drop into the mid 60s for the start of the day. This isn't quite as cool as we have been the previous mornings as more moisture builds back into the region.

That extra moisture in the atmosphere will make for a slightly more humid Sunday afternoon with temperatures climbing into the mid 80s. Expect a mix of sun and clouds through the afternoon along with a few isolated storms. The storms will develop in the afternoon and will continue into the evening.

The Monday morning commute will be a dry one with temperatures in the upper 60s.

The heat will continue to build Monday afternoon with highs near 90 degrees.

For Tuesday and the rest of the work week, we will have a chance for scattered afternoon showers and storms along with afternoon high temperatures in the low 90s. The humidity will also stick with us for the work week.
