Isolated Showers & Storms Continue

Isolated Showers & Storms Continue

After a few spotty showers Saturday evening, more are in the forecast for next week.
We continue to track a couple thunderstorms in the region, very slowly drifting north. These should come to an end in the very early hours of Sunday.

We have a wide range of temperatures tonight. Areas that saw showers or had showers nearby are slightly cooler with dry cities being a bit warmer. London is down to 70° with Lexington now at 74°.

We will see a few more spotty showers this evening, but most areas will stay dry. Any rain should end well before midnight. SKies overnight will be mostly clear, making for great viewing conditions of the supermoon! Temperatures will fall into the mid 60s by Sunday morning.

After a dry start to the day, another round of isolated showers and storms is expected to occur in the afternoon, but not everyone will see the rain. Otherwise, expect mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with afternoon highs in the upper 80s.

Scattered showers and storms are expected each afternoon next week with temperatures climbing into the low 90s later in the work week.

More widespread rain is expected to arrive Friday.
