A Fayette County Grand Jury indicts Maria Baltierra-Dejesus. UK Police say they stopped her on campus pushing a child in a stroller in December. The child was not wearing winter clothes.
It turned out the child was reported missing from California. Baltierra-Dejesus was indicted on one county of custodial interference. She is fighting extradition back to California.
