Thursday, it was Coach Cal saying his team doesn't get it.  Meaning this young group of guys doesn't get the importance of starting fast.

Friday, it's they don't know it.  Too many times, Cal is met with players saying "I don't know" after they make a mistake.  Something Cal obviously is not fond of.

Dominique Hawkins, for example, has been great off the bench...a spark plug for the Cats in the energy department.

His shooting percentage however, not a spark.  Hawkins sits 9th on the team of guys who have gotten real minutes at 31 percent from the field.  And he isn't fooling any opponents from distance.

But that's fixable according to Cal.  Hawkins just needs to cut down on silly errors and keep doing one thing in particular the right way.

Hear from Cal on that in video.
