I-75 Bridge Repairs Start Thursday At Laurel-Whitley County Line

Bridge repairs at I-75 at the the Laurel-Whitley County line are set to start Thursday.

The KY Transportation Cabinet says they'll affect the twin bridges over Lynn Camp Creek, which is mile point 27.

It says the repairs are needed after inspectors found cracks in one of the load bearing steel beams on each bridge.

Repairs to northbound bridge should be finished by August 31st.

And the work on the southbound bridge is set to wrap up by September 14th.
