The Kentucky House on Wednesday passed the bill limiting the amount of medicine with psuedoephedrine a person can buy without a prescription.
It's a key ingredient in meth.
The House voted 60 to 36 to limit people to seven-point-two grams a month. If the bill becomes law -- and someone went beyond that limit -- they would need a prescription.
