Hundreds gathered in Lexington today to honor fallen service members.

The main event was the 5th annual “Run for the Fallen,” which is a one mile run around Beaumont Center.

A color guard, bugle player, and bagpipers showed their respect along with friends and family of the troops.

The focus was on those who lost their lives during operations Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn.
