Homeowner Catches Would-Be Burglar

A Lexington homeowner caught a would-be burglar in the act early Wednesday morning.

Police said the man walked into the garage of his home on Sun Seeker Court just before 1:30 a.m. and discovered someone rummaging through his car.

The suspect ran off.

Police said there was nothing taken and they are still searching for the suspect.

Police also said they weren’t sure if the garage door had been left open.
