Liberty Place Recovery Center hosts is annual Holiday Tea Fundraiser this weekend.
Liberty Place Recovery Center in Richmond will host it's annual Holiday Tea fundraiser this Saturday, November 9 from 1:30-3:30 pm.

The event takes place at the center, located at 218 Lake Street, and will help support the center's efforts to help women suffering from drug and alcohol addiction to become sober, to solve their underlying problems, and learn to live sober, stable, and productive lives.

Liberty Place's programs and long-term residential facility is available free of charge to clients. Proceeds from the event help continue this arm of the Kentucky River Foothills organization.

Graduates and mentors with the program, as well as Richmond Mayor Jim Barnes will speak at the event.

Tickets are $25 and include a traditional afternoon tea and silent auction.
