One of the bright spots the past few games for Kentucky has been the play of point guard Ryan Harrow.

Harrow's settled down considerably from the beginning of the season, but on today's SEC teleconference, Coach Cal said he's challenged Harrow to not just be a better point...but to be the best one in the country.

Something hard for the young sophomore to grasp at all times.

Harrow still 'hot dogs' a few plays here and there out of habit.

A habit he he's trying to kick.

Check out the video to hear more from Harrow on removing his AND1 Mixtape moves and changing his habits on the court.
