An approaching cold front brings gusty winds to the region.
Southerly winds will be sustained around 20-25 mph, with gusts of 30-45 mph.
This cold front will also bring scattered evening thunderstorms to the Commonwealth.
Heavy rain and lightning are the main threats, but an isolated severe storm with damaging winds is possible.

Only a few stray showers will linger in SE Kentucky by Monday morning.
Skies will clear from the west to east with noticeably cooler temperatures.
Afternoon highs will peak in the low to mid 60s.
We will then stay dry through the mid-week until our next rain maker arrives late Wednesday.
