Governor To Sign Two Bills In Tornado Damaged West Liberty

Governor Steve Beshear is scheduled to sign two bills on Friday in tornado-damaged West Liberty in Morgan County.

One bill protects homeowners from shady roofing contractors.

The other bill creates a sales tax exemption for people buying building supplies.
